These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of asint.io (the "Service"), operated by asint.io ("we," "us," "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
asint.io provides on-demand Amazon marketplace intelligence, including Buy Box tracking, seller investigation, product detail page (PDP) health scoring, price history, inventory signals, and unauthorized seller detection, sourced in part from third-party data providers including Keepa.
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity under it. You must provide accurate information when signing in via Google or Microsoft.
The Service is offered on a free tier with usage limits, and paid tiers (Pro, Brand, Enterprise) with expanded limits, billed on a recurring basis. Fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable except as required by law. We may change pricing with notice; continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance.

Marketplace data displayed through the Service (including pricing, Buy Box status, seller information, and inventory signals) is sourced from third parties, including Amazon's public marketplace via Keepa, and is provided "as is." We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of this data, and it should not be the sole basis for business or legal decisions, including decisions about specific sellers.
We retain all rights to the Service, including its software, design, and branding. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service in accordance with these Terms.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, asint.io will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
